We're hosting a series of yoga workouts at TOPFIT studio in honour of Men's Health Awareness, fondly known as the Movember movement.
The Movember Foundation tackles some of the biggest health issues faced by men. Since 2003, it has been raising HKD $5 billion and funding over 1,000 programmes focusing on prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health and physical inactivity. Join us on the weekends of November 14-29 and enjoy an energizing workout, all while giving back to the community by funding the Movember Foundation. After the workout, enjoy a refreshing bottle of green juice to help you recover and reboot for the day ahead.
